Tony Anderson has been litigating cases in the Roanoke Valley and throughout Southwest Virginia for 35 years. It has been his pleasure and honor to have tried hundreds of cases for his clients, and along the way he has obtained some very favorable results from courts and juries. Unfortunately, there have also been some disappointments. But while Tony may not have won all of his clients’ trials, he lives by Vince Lombardi’s principle. “The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task.”

Through hard work and unique perseverance, Tony has earned the respect of his colleagues and adversaries. He is at home trying cases in all federal and state courts. He has vast experience in criminal as well as civil litigation. Tony offers accomplished, skilled and experienced representation for individuals who are charged with criminal offenses – from DUI to homicide and from drug and gun offenses to federal fraud crimes. He also uses his skills and knowledge representing individuals in civil litigation. He and the team at Anderson Legal are prepared to provide tough, innovative representation for clients throughout the Roanoke Valley and Southwest Virginia.

Tony graduated from William Fleming High School and Roanoke College before receiving his law degree from George Mason University School of Law.
